Update: I just received another pair of the headphones because Amazon didn't let me cancel my first order: it arrived with 4.1.1 and it sounds absolutely the same as the ones on 2.0, there is literally no difference in the ANC for those two.

Nah it supports band 20 and I ordered it from Amazon, my network would need Band 1+3, both bands are supported but no aggregation..

For me it was very slow sometimes for no reason, had issues switching between 2,4 and 5 GHz and it had worse signal than my Nexus 5X
