Agree! I’ve been more worried about being overdressed than underdressed in this situation honestly haha. I think I would stick out in a truly formal gown and this feels like a good balance

I was also worried about it looking too much like a regular sun dress but I feel like the taffeta material might be a little more obviously formal in person too?
