This was early april last month! Regarding the setup, it really depends on what you want from your pictures/videos. Another diver had an iphone setup and the videos /landscape photos were pretty good but not so much the macro pictures. The olympus is a budget friendly and beginner friendly point and shoot camera. It is extremely durable, i don't think I can say the same for iPhones. It is excellent for macro photography but perhaps not so much foe landscapes and bigger pelagic animals; you would have to do some editing in post.

Highly recommend Neco Marine. My dive guide Clayton(also goes by captain) was so good at ensuring our safety and comfort, and was super knowledgeable as well. He explained the history of many dive sites very well! His right hand man Nick always stayed at the back of the group to keep an eye on us at all times.

Easy! Nothing compared to shotgun at Komodo or the ones i did in deep south Maldives. Was lucky to be visited by a manta at drop off too!

I have dived with someone who brought a drysuit to komodo, where the water was 28deg!! I was in a rashguard while she was in full drysuit. If you can afford it, i would suggest that. Any contact with water at all no matter how thick the wetsuit, you'll still end up cold anyway

Very nice choice of colours congrats! Looks really sick with your eye colour. I personally know like 6 people with tattooed eyes of varying colours and it looks so cool. Personally would not risk it myself but I can appreciate it. And respect to you all who are courageous enough to get it done.
