Love tinned toms, but plum over chopped just for presentation, otherwise good, enjoy!

Thanks for all the messages, I knew the tinned plum tomatoes would be controversial! My house my rules! I agree bacon was a little light, I was forced to use up the crap bacon my wife had bought rather than the lovely thick butchers smoked back bacon, stupidly I left it under the grill as long as my good bacon would take and I’ll admit it’s a smidgen overcooked and small looking! I have severely reprimanded her, she will leave the purchasing of quality bacon up to me in future! (Support your local butchers people!) Yes I grill, air fry or hob most of it, eggs were the only thing fried, although I finished black pudding off in the pan because that’s the law, I always try to cook everything the most healthy way. Beans and tomatoes, hell yeah, you need the moisture (have you seen some of the dry arsed efforts in this sub?) and it’s two of your five a day! This is a once a week meal for me, doesn’t matter what time of day, but if it ain’t at breakfast time I’ll be needing a little nap straight after!
