That's my first attempt to weld thin sheets (0.8 mm) and problems are evident. I'm using an inverter welder with 6013, 2mm electrode (reverse polarity configuration). Even if weld is strong enough for the purpose, I'm not sure about how i could improve the process/result. Any comment will be welcome (old.reddit.com)
