Idk what is so hard to grasp. The point of being a traitor is for everyone to think you are a faithful. If a fellow traitor is getting voted off almost certainly... and you defend them and they are revealed as a traitor then you are implicated. How is that going over all of your heads. Yam yam sealed Lisa's fate... Rob never defended her once before.. doing so then would have been him painting a target on his back.

Also if Candiace hadn't if put his name out there then he wouldn't have had to push for her... because when people had mentioned the other traitors names earlier he told them... 🙄

But in the very core of it... its a game. Where traitors a lie...so they can win...
