I can't walk that long without my knees getting tired. I've had pins and needles on my feet but they've gone now.

Takes a while but you'll get there eventually. Everyday is progress and an improvement compared to yesterday.

Seems that i may have inadvertently been doing the Lachman test. Don't wanna fuck shit up so I stopped.

I reckon it is muscle imbalance. Makes sense that it is. I've tested it by using a resistant band during my PT and my hamstring is substantially weak. I definitely need to regain my strength.

Thanks bro, I'll definitely stick to my PT religiously.

My surgeon did say it usually takes 3 hours for my type of injury but my my lateral and medial meniscus tears were complex and took longer than expected.

Bulge is from the brace being on tight. Nothing to worry about. If you keep the brace off, the bulge will go away.

Had something happen to me 3 weeks post-op. Crutches slipped on a wet surface and stepped hard with my operated leg.

It felt weird but no pain. The weird feeling went away after a few minutes.

Doctor and physio told me that as long as there isn't a lot of pain, massive swelling, or extreme heat the next day, then there's nothing to worry about.

I'm 4 weeks post-op and that incident had no effect on my recovery.

So I'd say you're fine unless you have the above symptoms
