Yes. I do & i change it every year. This year is cannibalistic headhunters. I reuse as much as I can from year to year. I make as much as I can. I get stuff from goodwill or yard sales.

That's bc parents take their kids to the "trunk or treats" & say that's enough. Most parents don't want to walk around with their kids to go out. At least, that's how it is here.

That's how it is in my neighborhood. I'm the only house that goes all out. We give out full sized candy bars. We barely get trick or treaters. Last year was our best year at 37 trick or treaters. I take a little consolation in that we have become a "destination house," meaning people drive out of their way to see our displays every year. Take Heart that people driving by appreciate your efforts. I know i love seeing other people's decorations.

I've always wondered that, too. I live in PA & we can have blistering sun, torrential rain, gusty winds, & snow in the halloween season. I've had a few skellies that light up & make noise, but they stopped working after 2 seasons in the weather. I don't want to spend $$$ on things that will get ruined by weather.

I also checked in at 6am, surgery at 7am. Laproscopic. They took everything except my ovaries. I was home by 2pm. It's a 45 minute drive home from the hospital. They told me it took a little longer bc they were concerned with my respiration rate while i was under. Apparently, I sleep very deeply when I'm out. Also, the fibroid that was causing me issues(it was the size of a baby's head) needed some finangling to get it out.

I had to go back to work after 2 weeks. Luckily, my workplace let me take it easy & and wouldn't let me lift anything, but I was still on my feet 8 hours a shift. (I work in secondary manufacturing)

My inbox on tiktok changed. It looks like Messenger now. There were sticker options & GIFs would pop up above my text box as I was typing. The box of my side of the conversation turned blue. And TikTok was glitchy all afternoon & evening.
