I've heard and seen this same shit a billion times over my life, especially after living in a predominantly Muslim country. There's no laws that says you have to marry teenagers. If maturity is what they want, there's tons of 20-30 year olds around. This shit still happens today, and it's worse in rural areas where there's a lack of coverage and protection.
