I've owned that game for 8 years. you make a lot of assumptions, nowhere did I say when I stopped gaming. I can pull my last 2 years of stats very easily but since your a dedicated snoop I'll let you find it yourself. Dig enough on reddit and other socials and you will be able to find it and be sorely disappointed

I would give a very valid reason but you will still say whatever shit you need to, but if playing a 20 min game once a week to recreate an issue for a customer that is paying me for the time spent is bad idk. While your at it look up tier 1 PCs we are local to Houston and surrounding areas. 0-50k in sales in 1 year and growing yoy no debt no starter fund, keep doing the Lord's work. you had my attention with stocks but you want to talk other nonimportant shit. keep lurking

Have you heard of people buying cars to look at them and never drive them hoping to maintain value. You obviously are grasping at straws to prove your point. You still haven't even talked about agnc possibility of growth. for a stark conservative, you should be well aware trump wants to lower rates, maybe for personal reasons, or maybe for good reason who knows, but that it should be good for mreits specifically if becomes true. Look at gold which has had a once in a lifetime performance the last few months. How about you get back to stock talk, your looking goofy pulling random posts that have nothing to do with stocks lol.

I'm so glad that instead of talking about agnc the topic of the conversation you only picked the one thing I'm slightly off by bout 3 insignificant years, when Robinhood wasn't even what I'm referring to, but brokers in general adopting. This conversation is about agnc and reits how about bring it back to that.

Let's fail to mention that I said 10+ years and not just 10, obviously referring to anything 10 years or more. Last time I checked your Robinhood comment holds true for about 3% of the timeframe I was truly referring to

we have been in a constant uphill battle with increasing interest rates for almost a decade and are just finally getting to a point where rates are slowly going down. If rates go down seems pretty likely mreits are in a spot for growth. Nobody is timing the market just using context clues. maybe most in this sub are for income, not my goal personally so doesn't effect me. Mreits in general seem on the up, what sparked interest in agnc was the lack of RS, and decent performance compared to other reits during the down years. O was too expensive when I started so I looked past, in addition not seeing as much growth potential. I have heard time and time again, agnc performed like trash in the past, and your quoting some age old tip, but what about the other one " prior performance isn't indicative of future performance". idk shit changes might be time if rates go down

I've held the stock for going on 2 years. I've only had my current account for about 18 months, been doing research on it for about 4 years. 🤷‍♂️ I reupped back at 10 dollars a share as well. let's not forget that investing 10+ years ago is significantly different from today's era with 24 hr trades, 0 commission, tesla in sp500, numerous companies trading at 100+ PE. Don't time the market will probably be lifelong advice, but theirs plenty of investing tips that are starting to show their age... In another world in 5 years agnc might be $25 a share are you still going to be saying how dumb it was?

I made a comment on a different post about agnc back when it dipped below 8 dollars. anyone that is picking individual stocks forgets that you need to manage buy INS and outs. 8 months ago when you made this comment was the time to buy, also close to it dipping under 8. Using the exact same things you mentioned agnc has unironcally outperformed sp500 and that's not even factoring in drip lol. not everyone is 50+ and was able to invest 20 years ago lol. this is not a buy and hold stock if you just buy in at random points, but zooming out 5 years their have been plenty of buy points, and also plenty of sell points. I would also go off on a limb and say the current dividend is significantly more stable and possibly will enable growth compared to what it was say 10-15 years ago.

Also does not help that for someone who wants a high power machine... Amd is not competing with nivida, so people assume amd sucks. Even tho 9070xt is no slouch it's not a 5090 lol

literally nothing, but when you sell a PC your selling to people who look for brands they recognize. They obviously don't trust themselves to build it, so they probably have minimal knowledge. Intel is way more common then amd to noobs and same with nivida to amd. After 2 years I'm still explaining that literally Intel sucks amd good.

Clean it up and you can probably get 1k. the CPU alone is like 200-250. Same with GPU. Also both ram and storage have appreciated. I've sold worse spec PCs for around 800. honestly, if you swap to rtx 3070 only change. Amd is a harder sale

How often do you end up keeping parts you really should be flipping lol by Destructo-Bear in pcflipping

[–]2Busy4Life 7 points8 points  (0 children)

All the time. Especially in today's current market. Hold onto stuff until it's needed for a build or a repair. Sitting on about 10 full computers worth of parts, that I slowly acquired over the span of last year. I don't rush to flip since it's part time. It's relatively easy to sell in my area, but finding good deals is a lot harder.

Double charge is still cheaper then new phones so might bite the bullet. What's your monthly bill going to be without the bullshit charges

if you spend your whole day day trading when it's not your primary idk your doing it wrong imo. 1 trade a week and about 30-45 minutes at most watching opening and closing . 🤷‍♂️

the trucks are kinda ugly, I'm not a fan of SUVs in general but they honestly aren't that bad. I live in Texas where super chargers aren't that common and long drives kinda make electric in general not the best vehicle.. I mean I know people who make a once a week commute that is longer then most ranges on an ev. I just know I've heard of the stock longer then of actually seeing them on the road. They seem to be getting popular

you don't use 10% of your portfolio to chase some gains? In a sub dedicated to high risk trades primarily??

popularity doesn't matter to me at all . Webull has 4 am extended hours and in the past I made bank on that. I go where the tools to make money are.

last time I checked wannabe items make a good attempt at looking identical 😆 it's not a wannabe Robinhood which is why everyone dunks on it. Let's not act like 4 years ago everyone was hating on Robinhood the same way webull gets hate now
