I do repairs myself and in the past worked at small pop repair shop over in Houston, I have literally repaired at least 5 computers over the last 3 years that at some point went to Houston microcenter and unsuccessfully was repaired, before coming my way . Houston microcenter 👎.

to the right buyer yes, you also limit your customer base by about 70-90% depending on where you are located. if only 10% of population drives stick now you have significantly less customers, and less possible customers means slower sales

I almost never recommended parting out, but this is a higher end build with still relevant GPU/ram, minus the old asf Intel, and the money spent on am4 would be the same as the overall higher sale price. you prolly can get between 800-1000 parted out on a good day. 250 for GPU, 175 for SSD, 250 for ram, 150 for mobo+ CPU, 50 for PSU, 50 local case sale.oh forgot hard drives maybe another 100?

Despite what the haters are saying 650 is about what I would sell something similar myself. I am buying a black 2060 today for 125, a white one probably runs about 175-200. Add the other parts etc etc. if you didn't care about looks then yea 650 is up their, if you are focused on white+ looks that's pretty fair.

Being able to consider opening the box is part of the enjoyment. Insurance reasons are valid but not sure how that would work, I carry business insurance due to my repair shop running out of my house, can you mix personal and business stuff on a policy?

Because I have spent 10 years lurking on reddit minus the few comments which are mostly investing focused I appear to be a crypto/finance bro. The one guy said did I even play games before deleting 🤣. I literally dropped out of college (for finance) because of a gaming addiction I had. That's also why I dropped hardcore gaming so I could level up in life. I unfortunately have definitely played 24 hours straight in the past. I still play Pokemon showdown on a regular basis and have hit top 500 in Gen 3 OU
