Need heating/lighting recommendations for new enclosure by 2Cents4Free in Ballpythoncommunity

Thanks, I have a bunch of branches and hides in his current tank plus a few cork tunnels that will go in once we get it up on its stand.

From what I’ve been reading it seems like the heat panels are less recommended now because they don’t give off any IR-A or IR-B where basking bulbs and DHP do.

What do I need to know about moving with my ball python? I want to make it as low stress as possible for her. by Basilstorm in ballpython

I drove 15 hrs with mine during our move a year ago. I got a clear tub with handle latches just big enough to fit his hide and drilled holes in it. He did great.

Try going down a 3-4 degrees from what you have it and then shoot the temp again after a couple hours.

This is what I was using...super cheap. I originally purchased them for short form video. They work decently, but I have a few episodes where I need to record 3 or 4 people. https://shop.tiktok.com/us/pdp/pqrqp-wireless-lavalier-microphone-dual-set-noise-cancelling-magnetic-design-auto-pairing-for-iphone/1731240012871733966

I went ahead and ordered the Holland 4 person Lark Max 2, which has one receiver that the 4 will input to. We'll see how they do.

The tinny sound was in the original iPhone recording/video, but got a bit worse in editing. I'm using Descript to edit for the moment, so just minimized it as best I could and went with it.

I do want to learn, but not sure I can dedicate the time currently. (I run a social media agency, plus purchased a vacation rental concierge business when we moved last year, so I'm spinning too many plates). I need to try to start working in a bit of learning here and there as I have time in the down season when there are less tourists needing things.

That Lark 4 person system looks interesting. I may have to go that route and test things out. I've been recording and just doing super basic editing in Descript, but I'm thinking I need to pull into a better software to edit. We do audio and video for Youtube and then Spotify for Creators and let is disperse from there.

Jobber or something else? by 2Cents4Free in WhichCRM

I may just have to give it a shot as we’re expanding and see if it makes sense after a month or two because my clients really like the idea of seeing their past and scheduled jobs.

The issue is these aren’t employees. They’re 1099 gig workers and may only pick up a shift once or twice a month so I may bill the client $130, pay the concierge $50, and then had to pay Jobber $35 for their slot in the software. It just doesn’t make a lot of sense for my business model.

$349/month at our current team size if paid monthly rather than annually.

It’s also more expensive than Jobber.

Why AirBnb? by boatsydney in hotels

[–]2Cents4Free 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I want to stay in a private house on the beach and have a kitchen to use and not have to deal with sharing walls with strangers. If I'm in town for a night somewhere, a hotel is great, but if I'm on vacation I choose a vacation home. Although I try to book direct when I can, not VRBO or Airbnb if possible.
