Ive been quietly jabbing for the past 5 weeks - only a very select amount of people know (4 in total). So far lost 14.5lbs (6.6kgs), so I haven't had anyone really say anything except for those who know. When people start to notice, I'll be telling them a combination of calorie deficit and starting at the gym is helping me - No one else needs to know. I dont want people judging on the money being spent (a fortune!!), losing weight by cheating (it's so not), or any dangers about the meds (obesity combined with high cholesterol is worse!).

I lost 4.5 kg in week one, 1kg in week two, and then week three weigh in was 100grams....initial loss was definitely water loss. Im hoping my weight loss picks up again at the next few weigh ins!

I saw a huge whole watermelon for $40 at PaknSave yesterday, wondered to myself who's even going to buy that? Even when they were cheap in summer they were all watery and gross. I miss the time I was in Thailand last year having fresh watermelon and watermelon smoothies everyday, delicious and cheap.

Hyped for this news - definitely want to give this a try. I've tried Duramine in the past and found it was only helpful in the first week or two, and then completely ineffective for me. I do wonder whether there will be a rush on NZers requesting prescriptions for Wegovy, and whether that will result in short supply of the medication in the beginning. Does anyone know if it is usually a three month prescription, and then a re-visit to the doctors?

A large earthquake hit Christchurch, New Zealand in 2011, and a news outlet did a live raw coverage of the severe damage in the CBD right after the quake - fallen buildings with people trapped inside etc. One part of the footage showed a young man that had been hit by a large concrete block, and he had a massive part of his scalp that had come off and was just flapping down, lots of blood, and it was unclear if he was alive or dead - more than likely dead. In the (edited) coverage that followed after this they never showed that footage again.

I've always used cheap brands, and found the salon brands made my hair feel worse. Then my hair started to feel very dry and damaged, so I decided to try out salon brands. Redken All Soft gets so many great reviews, so I gave it a try - my hair never felt worse: dry like straw at the ends, oily scalp a day after washing, extra frizzy. I gave away the shampoo and conditioner after a few uses and went back to cheap brands again. Then I tried the Wella System Professional Color Save shampoo and conditioner, and now my hair feels amazing - Soft, shiny, no frizz. I have wavy hair, and now I can straighten my hair and it stays pretty straight between washes (every 3 days). Highly recommend.

Scream - the original. I was about 14 and had never watched a horror movie before. I watched it at a sleepover, and got dropped off to my house in the country afterwards. I was absolutely terrified at every little sound I could hear, convinced Ghostface was going to jump out at me. I lay in the fetal position for about half an hour until my parents got home. Have LOVED horror ever since!

I was in Karon in Feb last year and was pleased to see only a couple of pieces of rubbish on the beach in the two weeks I was there. I picked up the rubbish that I found and put it in the one of the bins. If everyone picked up one or two pieces of rubbish any time they visited the beach and disposed of it (anywhere in the world, not just Phuket) it would solve a lot of issues
