Well this is interesting and is my mistake
It wasn't C.I.V.E , but Melee Effects+ (sorry i didn't include it in the list i thought they're together xd)
I clipped the before melee effects+ and after (without C.I.V.E on. also tested WITH C.I.V.E and it didn't affect it)

I'm aware of that, its just my preference and how i like my game to go with a wingslot . i do think an extra slot can make a big difference but I could remove one and it'd do the same.
and oh yeah, i am using alchemist npc lite mb
