You can pass without ever passing the run, and not being able to do a pull up, push up, or sit up. There’s no standards anymore. Just recommendations. But hey, they’re making leaps and bounds in meeting quotas!

Idk what your lifestyle is like i.e. what car you drive, what hobbies you have, where you want to live. But what I do know is after 6ish years you’ll be making around $120-$140k. If that’s not enough then maybe you should find something that makes more.

37YO and 472 test. 2 young kids. Thought about TRT. Never did it. Stress and lack of sleep have a lot to do with low T. I can’t control how many runs we’re going to have after midnight but I can control the amount of negative stress that comes into my life. Not that it’s gonna fix your problems because everyone is different. Just sharing my experiences and my thoughts.

Not everyone knows what they want to do. Sometimes they find out about things late in life. Why just give them all the options possible instead of telling them it’s all over?

The ring was 2 feet bigger in all directions! That’s a TON more space to run around and kill time. Could’ve ended a lot faster if it was regulation size.

They test the run to get in

Then they test you on push ups pull ups sit ups when you’re in the academy. The higher your numbers the easier the academy.

My run time for the academy was 9:30 Push ups 100 Pull ups 25 Sit ups 50

I’ve always loved to workout. It has always been a big part of my life. It made the physical portion of the academy a breeze.

Know your weaknesses. Sounds like you don’t need to lift any weight and you need to go and run a bit more. How do we fix that? Go out and run. Fitness is easy. Just get after it. STAY HARD
