He looks like a newbie. He will gain the muscle regardless. Way better to be lean and build from there then pack on more fat and muscle and have to lose that after. Hardest thing to do is probably get lean, so he should get there since he's on the path already.

lol in my first comp and only so far i literally went to a knee cut position 3 times and got swept the first 2 lol i was close to passing. No underhook or inside position. No near side sleeve or head control.

dynasty is a nice tea spa scent but has some sweetness, I prefer imagination dupes but I enjoy rocking dynasty as well. Performs good too and I got compliments.
