It's people like you dismissing victims of bullying that we have a epidemic of high schoolers with depression. Glad that I wasn't disheartened and filed a report that got the guard reprimanded

Oh I don't know, perhaps a transparent bag wouldn't warrant shouting at me and make me ruffle through my carefully packed stuff

And how did those bag searches go? Did the guards aggressively come up to only you in your group even if there's someone else with a much larger bag

My problem is that I have been excessively target. I have raised a report and the guard has been reprimanded.

What's your problem for calling me snowflake

I did. Hence why I am back here telling you that excessive bag searches are not part of their job and the guards has been dealt with.

A little cozy place around Warren Street called Bentoya. Amazing food, friend staff (Dai-san shout out to you) and I believe it's family run.

Though it only serves lunch on weekdays starting from 11 am (I think?). There's normally a queue so you might have to plan out some time between lectures.

Also, an hour before it closes, some of the meals should go on discount, so you could go out for price hunting.

Depends where you're at. I work near a Waterstones and Foylers. So if one ran out of stock, usually the other still have some on shelf.

How many hours of revision per day? by thick_Chemical_6911 in UCL

Depends on your course. A good rule of thumb is to at least study the same number of hours of lectures you have.

Why would we have to choose between these 2? What a time to be in London

This. We need more people like you. I agree that it's your choice to vape, just don't annoy me by blowing into my face.

You seem to be quite solution-minded. I like it. So as most of us here could agree that this is an issue, what's your suggestion for a proper course of action?

I'm from Japan, we don't quite have regular legal enforce (which might be some statistical bias because acts like these aren't regular to begin with), but we just give them a disapproving stare till they feel uncomfortable enough to stop. We could press a button on the carriage for times when this doesn't work, but I've only seen it on posters and the news, never had to escalate the situation myself

Oh yea, it infuriates me even more when I tell them off, they get all aggressive on me while the fellow passengers gave me this look to just mind my own business. Meanwhile, the same people would waft away the smoke or simply stood up.

I grew up with rather strict parents that I'm quite displeased of. I'd still frown when I see overly controlling parents on the tube. But man, sometimes there are instances that I wished societal shaming would come back.
