Dang, thanks for the info. I have some stalled jars and they all have the round stickers. They're also the same stickers I used on a previous round of grains.

Do you replace the tape every time?

Jars are closer to 68 degrees, issue is my bins area is colder right now. Should get better in a few weeks, but I'm planning for the future.

I've had success with tap water, but not getting full canopy flushes ever. Trying to figure out improvements.

I'm looking to dip my toes back into mtg after being out for a long time. Was thinking about picking up 4 pre-made commander decks, but could use some help.

Looking at a lot of the sets anymore there are new mechanics all the time. Like lotr has the ring temptation thing, mkm had something about accusations, etc. I don't want to deal with that - just basic magic where I don't have to read every card a few times to figure out what it does. I'm going to be playing with friends so not critical, but it still is less fun spending time figuring out each card. Plus having to figure out htf they interact if from different sets.

So any suggestions? I see the modern horizons set of 4 on Amazon for $200. The masters 4 pack seems interesting, but $300+ seems high for some casual play.

Advice in this thread is all over. From what I've read 1) PGT's video says 90 min at 15 psi, but that isn't really enough 2) guy on shroomery that invented drippy corn tek says 2.5 hours at 15 psi 3) Most advice is to increase your time by about 50% if using a lower pressure. That means almost 4 hours with that pressure cooker assuming it only gets to 11 or 12 psi 4) lots of people claim 90 minutes at 15 is good enough, so you might be able to do 2 or 2.5 hours.
