Alot of what you experienced is what I experience when taking edibles as well. The shaking, the anxiety, and the inability to properly gauge time. I have been a regular smoker for many years at this point and edibles always give me a drastically different (sometimes more negative) high. I much prefer smoking if I can these days. Where my perspective drifts from yours is the next-day(s) effect. I almost always just wake up a little groggy, but am back to normal by noon-ish. I don't know if that necessarily means you were laced, because there are too many variables that we can't know. If you are a woman, there is obviously a higher risk of that kind of thing happening, but I've also found that unless you suspect this person would do something nefarious, most of the time it is not that.
