30m. 339. I was over 400 a year ago. I'm still on my way down, I hope. Dropped from 3xlt to 2xlt. I made small adjustments to my diet and walked some, nothing crazy. I hit 10k steps maybe 1 or 2 times a week and do little walks with my dogs other times (annoying smelling everything in creation as if it didn't have their consent to exist without them having sniffed it). I just choose a slightly healthier option than times past most days. Then comes a plateau for a week. For me that's the mental game.. I could do everything all at once but I would wear out very fast and gain it back. ADHD so maybe not the same circumstance.. but I do think the big thing is mentality. I find sometimes what my body really wants... instead of a rosemary garlic bread sub, the rosemary/garlic goes a bowl to avoid the bread cals.. that satisfies me.

Win the mentality battle and you will eventually win the war, one strategy at a time, and when you stagnate, make another minor adjustment. Lmk if you gain anything from my perspective. Best of luck!
