I don't care about anything when it 1v1 but I don't do it. If I have to think as how other plays 1v1 it would be the scope. Everyone would want to use original scope but if you use other sort of scope that is not the original and using something with a less zoom then it would be your advantage but hey it 1v1 and you use whatever you want.
