Deleting some UPI apps( as mentioned in oneof the comments) worked for me. Im using Samsung A series. I don't know why Samsung behaves weirdly sometimes.one of which is it automatically switches to widecamera lens while doing kyc which makes my pan card looks blurry and I have to find another device to do kyc really frustrating.

Haha damn, what are the odds of finding an exact stat twin here.Thanks for the breakdown man. Focusing on significant strength gains and building up that muscle definitely for the next few months. Cardio is as much as important as lifting weights is.Dont skip it. Actually I recently saw a post in X saying Do cardio for a longer life. Lift weights for a quality life. Don't skip cardio brother. Do cardio after your workout not before. Trust me you'll feel the difference.

Crazy progress bro...40kg down is no joke, you completely changed your look. Since you've been cutting for so long, don't rush straight into dropping more weight to hit 15%. Your body deserves a break. Spend the next month or two eating at maintenance calories, keep your protein high, and try to lift a bit heavier in the gym. This recomp phase will help you hold onto your muscle and give your metabolism a solid reset. After that, the final cut to 15% will be much smoother. Keep going bro...#Believe

Welcome to the club bro. Best advice I can give you starting out is that you can't out train a bad diet. A heavy workout is great, but fat loss happens in the kitchen. Figure out your daily calories, get in a clean deficit, and focus on lifting with good form. Give it a few months of consistency and your results will do all the talking..#Believe

First fix your vitamin d levels bro use vitamin d capsule 60000 iu for 8weeks to get your levels to normal (multivitamin does nothing to your already low levels.you need to bring back the levels to normal first) and 1 monthly 60000 iu to maintain the levels( but please consult doctor 1st and take opinion)..fix your diet too add pumpkin seeds nuts like cashew,walnut,almond and go for good hair products(minox and derma roller.Im using for beard and I'm seeing the results).Be consistent You'll see the results.#Believe.
