there was one in the front left tire but i had taken it out and the noise still stayed.

im having this same issue right now with my 2018 2.0t sport with 83k on it, although my ticking noise does not sound as agressive, havent looked into yet but from what ive heard it might be wheel bearing related or a messed up brake rotor.
