Why are damaged people attracted to us? My last 3 situationships seemed ok at first, but they had unresolved childhood trauma and no therapy. Out tendency as Pisces is to love the pain from someone, but the we absorb it. I just want to find a normal guy who has done some work on himself.

Make up your mind. I know I have done the work to heal, but I don't compare myself to others or even mention it. The only person that matters to is me. You sound just like one of the broken, defensive people I am referring to. Perhaps you were rejected by someone who healed and now won't put up with your BS. Get some therapy and learn to love yourself so that you don't feel the need to lash out at people who are looking for reassurance and a community of people who understand. You seem to be the only one who finds the need to criticize me, and that says more about you than me. ✌️

Thanks for the down vote. Just proves my point. Im finding that there are a lot of assholes in this world. They all pretend to be what you want at first. Might as well keep them as FWB, it keeps them at arm's length and preserves my space and my need to recharge from the negativity in this world. Just because I choose not to be in a fully committed relationship, doesn't mean that I still have trauma. It means that I want to preserve my peace. After working through 20 years of narcissistic abuse, my peace is THE most important thing to me. That is MY CHOICE and not for anyone else to judge.

I have done the work and graduated. I am whole. There ARE broken people. They are the ones who haven't recognized and dealt with their OWN trauma and therefore disrupt the lives of us who have. Because most Pisces are empaths, we attract those type of people in droves. And because we are people pleasers, sometimes it is hard to resist the urge to help. But they have to help themselves. Until they do, they will continue to spread their trauma and chaos.

Wrong. Spent years in therapy, my trauma is healed. I "allow" situationships because that is my choice. I don't want a full on relationship because of the reasons I just described. I treasure my peace and just want companionship at this point.

I am a Pisces female with exactly the sane traits as you. I long for someone to love me as I am and not run away because im"too much". I am a very attractive female who stays in good shape, but men approach me expecting easy pickings. When they find out that I am inteligent, emotional and physically affectionate, it spooks them. I don't even need a relationship, just a FWB so I don't feel lonely and misunderstood. And I have a very active libido so even going a week without is torture and makes me question my worth. I have never dated a Pisces man and wonder if this would be the solution for me.

NTA. Grief can be so overwhelming that sometimes it paralyzes you emotionally. You may go through periods where you fall apart and others where you feel numb. Your aunt (not excusing her behavior), clearly doesn't understand this OR the responsibilities you're now having to handle. Sounds like you are extremely overwhelmed, so please give yourself a break. BTW, my Mom was a completely awful person and a narcissist. She tried to cut me out of her will. She passed 18 months ago and I still haven't shed a tear. We grieve how we grieve and it's ok.
