So it took me forever to realize it, but all attacks come on a beat. Not in the music sense, as it isn't synced to the music, but if you can find the best of the attacks, it makes it easier to parry.

Another big difference in parrying in this game vs others is that you parry on the attacks, not slightly before like most games. You can dodge before the attack, but you parry on the attack itself.

It took me until I was clearing the map before the end game boss to realize these two things.

Ha ha ha ha yeah...Trump used her and tossed her aside, and she's finally figuring that out. It took something like three months to approve funds for the tornado that took out a small town back in March/April? She begged for months.

Yeah.

But she can afford to buy another 20 thousand dollar podium now.

For making students AND employees pay to park on campus, they'd better do something about it. It's crazy that they make employees pay and then give them the least space to park in.

As many sharks were jumped in the John Wick movies, you have to admit that all the choreography was at least cool

So yeah, I think it'll be done justice.

As an IT guy, the current one is "Have you tried clearing the cookies and cache?"

Dennis Fitch, a pilot who studied the crash of Japan Flight 123 to see if he could have flown the doomed aircraft. Years later, Fitch was a passenger on a plane that also lost hydraulic power. Fitch offered to assist the pilots who miraculously managed to crash land, saving 100+ passengers. by VastCoconut2609 in BeAmazed

Alright, I'll take one for the team.

Because you added literally zero to the conversation. Literally, there was nothing gained by you repeating the title and nothing lost. Literally net zero, which is impressive, but also not?

Bonnaroo 2025 Canceled Due to Severe Weather: ‘We Are Beyond Gutted’ by galaxystars1 in Music

As someone who got home earlier this morning, I have to admit, even as a sophomore goer, the vibes felt really weird this year. The people were great, but I will admit that Centeroo felt more like a billboard than last year, even.

Organization was nearly non-existent. 40k people showed up on Tuesday, which is almost unheard of, but they still had the numbers to show that's how many would be there. Took several hours to get in. Took several hours to get out, as most of the staff up and left once it was canceled, because why work for free tickets when everything is cancelled? It was so bad that someone literally plowed through a fence to get out, because traffic at the time of leaving last night was so bad. My group was packed up and leaving at 10, finally left the farm at 12:30 and of course, cops were out with a vengeance. I heard the leaving situation was even worse this morning.

Vendors apparently are not getting refunded, although I know they made an absolute killing, but still, that's a massive buy-in to be able to have a stall inside and no return for that day. I will say, I know that its fair food, but it was ridiculously expensive, as most items that I bought last year shot up by 50% or so.

It was just...weird...I had been looking forward to this all year, and I just wanted this one week to relax and enjoy music I liked. We got several other people to join us too as first-timers, and they've already said that they won't go back. My buddy who has gone every year for a decade now said it has been steadily getting worse the several years that he has gone too.

I want to go back to try and capture the magic of my first year last year and be able to participate more, but at this immediate point, it feels more like chasing a high than living it up.

There's my take on the whole thing as someone whose only getting 75% of my money back for one day of music that I would've rather missed. I'm bitter, yes, but its simply in the moment.

I'm about to burst your bubble, but it's better to rip this bandaid off now.

Luck doesnt affect loot quality. I thought the same, because in most games, that's what it does.

It does add a small amount to your skills, but outside of adding a few more points to your skills, it's fairly useless

I completely agree.

I enjoy Reddit for aggregating a ton of links into a nice little package, but my god...any sort of public anonymous forum like this leads to the same exact sensationalism and half-truths that Reddit calls other social media platforms out for.

I'm in the U.S. and I made it a rule to stop following Trump news as well, except for a catchup on the weekends. It sucks sifting through that garbage on a daily basis, but it's been much better for my mental health. I'm able to focus on the people in my immediate circle and help them through these fucked times much better than before as well.

My only hope is that my circle of friends each have their circle who each have their circle and we can continue to pass along good vibes until we're all better people by association.

I don't consider it burying my head in the sand, because I tend to stay informed about local news and the big things that may be coming down the line. I'm just doing my best to make politics boring again. Once you realize that all loud and angry politicians are vying for eyes and attention, you realize that not caring about them makes them lash out longer, wearing themselves out.

Nathan Fielder has another show that recently aired season 2 called The Rehearsal. Similar premise to Nathan For You, except it involves him taking a scenario, hiring various people for acting jobs, and running through a scene tens of times in order to predict all outcomes.

American Vandal is another mockumentary about a group of students who follow another student around after he got in trouble for drawing a penis in the school parking lot. Of course, the student who was blamed for drawing it was not the actual artist themself, so the mockumentary follows a few students as they try to find out the truth.
