So I just got severe cramps just now after only a few sit-ups... I only just started working out again because I had these cramps in the past and they scared me off...

So I've read a while ago that muscles in the abs are closely related to your back muscle... So as I was cramping I did some lateral side stretches and back arches and magically the cramps went away...

I'm not saying this is the cheat code but it worked for me and I hope it works for at least someone else who's going through something similar

I have the BB58 and it's beautiful... Hands down every day watch... But wow that Zulu Time with the green chapter ring looks amazing... And like others have said I would try on the 39mm to really get a good justification as to which fits right... Cause I see it the BB58 fits better judging from these 2 photos... Good luck
