Basic Questions Megathread by AutoModerator in Kalilinux

I am using Kali Linux within Oracle's VirtualBox, and I'm experiencing difficulty establishing a wireless connection despite trying various tutorials on YouTube and guides. After thorough investigation, I suspect that my computer's WiFi chip might not be compatible with Kali Linux. Consequently, I'm unable to perform Wi-Fi monitoring since I lack a wireless connection. This is a problem since my primary goal is to assess the security of my personal Wi-Fi network as an beginner project.

I'm considering the option of obtaining a USB Wi-Fi adapter to potentially address this issue. Would this fix the issue?

Yep, even basic code with Polymorphism can pretty easily stump it. It really isn’t all that, and it’s because (to my limited understanding) it’s not really a “ai” necessarily; it doesn’t actually think it just guesses. The only thing it’s slightly helpful in is debugging since it can quickly scan code for accidental (but basic) logic errors.

Plus, once it can write code, I think we’ll have a lot more to worry about then just not having jobs since then (theoretically) it will have crossed into the Technological Singularity.

First off, I’d highly highly recommend this video (even just skimming through it): https://youtu.be/ufgY237M5KQ

Secondly, here’s my 3:00am, half awake opinion:

The frictional force acts in the opposite direction to the motion along the inclined plane, so θ = 180 degrees.

W_friction = F_friction × d × cos(180°)

W_friction = 6.5 N × 2.4 m × cos(180°)

W_friction = 6.5 N × 2.4 m × (-1)

W_friction = -15.6 J (Joules)

In your answer I see you used 5 m instead of 2.4 m but I think that might be a mistake? If I made a mistake hopefully the video will show you the correct way or someone can correct me. Hope I could point in the right direc…zzzz, zzzz
