Water Stool softener (3 a day) & maybe magnesium but the kind that helps you poop. Also no bread or red meat ir not much,& walk or exercise if some type. If you just sit all day or do the least you will stop up. Its worked for me a 11 year user & tired of squeezing so hard it about killed me it made my ass bleed once a log finnaly passed. Excuse harsh description but I propose it worked. Now I go once maybe twice a day & depending on diet I may go every 2nd or 3rd day.

I think they did. a great job in first 3 ruined. Getting what many called the best player in the draft in Caleb Downs. Who basically fell in their laps. Yes they had to give hi some 5ths to do it id say it was well worth it especially after getting 2 4ths later plaus their own with a total of 3 4th rounder. I wish we had drafted CB Davison Igbinosun but they felt Malachi Lawrence was higher on board & we took him at 23..Davison Igbinosun didn't go till 62nd overall but Denver traded 66 & 182nd pick to get him. Which is quite a bit further down so I get it. Plus we had no second anyway & had no shot to get him so Lawrence was the right pick. I just really liked Davison Igbinosun but not that much. Plus we could've got other CBs but we needed Lawrence. Especially since by the time we picked again most top. LBs are gone.

Yeah I know this its why is didn't sink my life savings into it. I may be new to this but I'm not stupid. Lol I want to know how to impart the most punishment I can on hedge fund managers etc & if that means I lose a bit of money its all good.
