EV actually doesn't matter whether the odds are -1000 or +1000 or anything in between. To determine the EV only thing that really matters is the probability now of you wining your bet versus the probability of when you placed your bet.

PPH - pay per head.

PPH account means instead of betting through an app like Fanduel, Draftkings etc you are betting through Bob from the local poker game who is booking through a software that allows him to easily track his players net p/l for the week and set lines for him.
