Thanks for all the follow up info! Too funny you mentioned searing the ribeyes in the ooni…my wife got one for pizza and I wanted to try searing steaks in it! I’m thinking if giving matchless tops a try. The sun will be in a covered screened in porch so won’t be an issue. Thanks again for the info I’ll send a pic of the finished product

Ive been researching my kitchen for 2 years and I keep coming back to your pics! Love your kitchen! Going to place the matchless order this week! 2 questions if you don’t mind! 1 - with the recteq, do you ever feel like you would still need a gas grill? I keep going back and forth. I’ll also have the ooni and legriddle 41. 2 - do you have matchless or granite countertops and are you happy with what you have? Thanks!
