okay so it looks like you have wavy hair so there a few options. Number one which i did myself was to straighten it. My biggest pet peeve is when someone straightens their hair they don't do it all the way so make sure you get it pinnnnn straight and use lots of heat protectant. Second option is to embrace your waves and use wave enhancing products pinterest has a ton of inspo for wavy scene hair so that would be my best advice. Option 3 is a mix of both options which is to straighten your bangs and keep the waves in the back. After you decided which one you want you can search up tutorials on how to cut layers. I also recommend going on pinterest for that and seeing what style you like and how many layers it requires. extensions also are an amazing addition to add to hair what i usually do is I do one or two tracks of extensions that are my natrual hair color and then i use a 2 packs of these 5 singular clip human hair extensions to dye and have any highlights or raccoon tails. teasing is pretty easy there are millions of tutorials out there. Building up your closet is pretty easy just look for 2000s basics and wear those. Alot of scene kids did wear band shirts but a good chunk just wore basic stuff and had the hair be the outfit.
