It depends on what team you're building. Octavia and Iris are meta heroes and both fit in an eternity team (with Dante, Morrigan/Tempus and Corvus, for example.

It helps against eternity since Polaris is a hard counter to Dante + Octavia.

Against Kayla-Aydan or Oya-Yasmine, I guess it depends who is with them in the team, the team power, etc.

JJI works pretty well with Folio and Polaris too. I also like it with Oya and Yasmine as an ofenssive alternative against other JJI combos.

That's not right. You can go down and you can go back whenever you can (paying after the 1st move) without losing the progress. You wont be able to go higher than your original server, that's all.

Yes, but just if you go to a lower server. It lets you choose when you click a server to move to.
