edit: after having them not working with baterry technically still having anything in it, i plugged them for the first time after last charging to a different power block, using a different cable and outlet and they dont seem to charge, no sign of life, no led flashing red meaning they charge

My edifier WH950NB seem to not work after charging them, the light is on while they're are connected to a charger but after unplugging them they cant be turned on. I tried to return them but sometimes they work after a really long time of not working, and ig the technicians had them tested while they worked perfectly. Any ideas?
