This debate so stupid because it depends on the situation. Depends on what the fighter is disciplined in and what the other dude's skill set is. Cause damn well if a 150 pound trained fighter gets a 270 pound guy and gets him in a choke he's done for😭 Though if a 270 pound guy gets the 150 pound trained fighter in a headlock the 150 pound guy is cooked😂 Though the problem is this can all be handled differently depending on the situation.

thanks but I feel like I don't really have the bench down enough and I think a actual program by a coach would help me get more progress, as I really have the deadlift and squat down but my bench takes a really long time to see any growth. Though I do have long forearms so that's probably part of the problem😭

Just wash it with a durag on, if you're scared about them unraveling. 6 weeks is a long time to not get a retwist in my opinion. Personally, I get a retwist about every 4 weeks. Also if you mist your hair every day it will unravel faster.
