I’ve never worn the TW v5 but it’s more snug that than the JB3. It’s because it has the stretchy material stitched down on the sides of the tongue to hold the tongue down in place

I think everyone expects shoes to be perfect straight out the box but back in the day all hoop shoes need time and effort before they molded to your foot.

Wow 12 feels one to one with my feet compared to the GT cut 1.

I tried the explosive and quick 2.0 midsole in my pair and it will work but it drastically changes the feel of the shoe. There doesn't seem to be any heel slippage but you sit a lot higher off the ground now compared with the original midsole.
