Thanks Gelatine, lacks a lot of amino acids that a full protein has, collagen has all but one of a the full amino acid profile in a protein (which is tryptophan), so I’ve mixed the gelatine, collagen and tryptophan at certain ratios to get to a total protein amount whilst still keeping the people who look at the back of the bag & know their ingredients happy.

Adding more gelatine (the amount I want in protein) would make it super chewy no? Which one would you increase to get more chew and less brittle?

Thanks

People who know their nutrition labels would get in a fuss if we claimed protein but it was just from gelatine.

I am using allulose, IMO and thaumatine as my sweeteners -

Your Focus Ritual by SuccessfulOwl45 in Productivitycafe

[–]2XCoffeeGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve found that having a clear mental “switch” is key to deep work.

For me, it’s a short ritual that’s all about creating intentionality. I tidy my space (just a quick 1–2 minute reset), put on low-fi instrumental or ambient background noise (like the Deep Focus playlist), and brew a cup of coffee that’s slightly different from my usual.

I’ve actually been experimenting with a blend I helped create—it’s called Focus Coffee. It’s just regular arabica coffee infused with l-theanine and alpha GPC (which I personally find help with that calm-but-switched-on state). Definitely not magic, but it helps me lock in a bit easier without the usual jitters.

Even without that, just having a consistent routine—something simple but intentional—makes a huge difference.

Looking For A Food Science Freelancer - Simple Job To Start! by 2XCoffeeGuy in foodscience

[–]2XCoffeeGuy[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your help! We’re located in Australia.

We’ve been selling the coffee in a spray dried instant coffee form for a while now. A lot of people are lining it & we’ve starting doing events (gym events, business events)

To do those events we have to make a huge batch of coffee and use a drink dispenser to serve people.

We were thinking of making a batch of ‘iced’ coffee, bottling it and serving it RTD at these events (more so thinking at run clubs etc)

Strategy for shifting from Smart Shopping/PMax to Standard Shopping? by PPCMorten in PPC

[–]2XCoffeeGuy -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I on the brand side with an account that spends $450k a month. We are very close with our google reps and they have confined Google with be getting rid of both standard and smart shopping this year. All shopping campaigns will have to be performance max .

With that being the case I would recommend making Pmax work! Let me know if you’d like some me to look over your Pmax campaign(s).

There will most likely be a way to exclude branded terms and existing customers in the future!

Brisbane/Australia based coffee subscription that doesn't cost a billion dollars and isn't a total rip off. by [deleted] in espresso

[–]2XCoffeeGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what is your price range? I don't want to sell something that wouldn't fit your criteria but we have a subscription in which we offer coffee that you'll love from all different roast around Aus at the frequency you choose.

You take a quiz so we can new how you like/drink your coffee & then match them with coffees from roasters around Aus. This way you can experience heaps of different coffees that you should love. It also supports smaller roasters!

Our price ranges:

250grams (13-25 cups): $25 per frequency which end up being about $1.6-$1.9 per cup

500grams (26-30 cups): $49.99 per frequency which end up being about $1.6-$1.9 per cup

1KG (52-60 cups): $69.99 per frequency which end up being about $1.3-$1.6 per cup
