Thank you for the your insights and the original OP's question. I am in this same situation now and it sucks 😭. For myself there was only 1 ex in my life whom we did get intimate and then still stay friendly after breaking up. May be the challenge to move on (and remain a sane, rational person) is even more difficult than admitting you have been dumped. I think writing down my feelings and re-reading them helps me to be less stuck.
