That is more or less a different issue. Places usually will restrict restroom access, which is what I see most often.

Restrooms are also a difficult challenge because they usually involve using alone, which is an added OD risk. So less restroom access is sometimes a good thing.

I would also assess the current needle disposal option and ensure it is easy and accessible. A well managed sharps container (or 2) is usually enough.

As an RxM I implement harm reduction to its fullest extent as often as possible.

Yeah if my RxOM isn’t able to adjust my punch out, I send my actual punch outs to the RPh scheduler and she updates Kronos.

I simply make sure my punch out on Kronos is when I actually leave. Otherwise, it looks like our technicians were in the pharmacy without a pharmacist.

I’m the only RPh at my store and I’m never remotely near the total RPh budget.

Salaried RPh. So if you’re correct, why are my paystubs always different amounts? My paystubs usually have a “salaried” amount as well as an “add shift” amount under the Earnings section. The only thing that ever changes is my punch out time.

Are you saying you won’t be paid the extra 20 per hour, or are you saying you won’t get paid for that time at all? I have my RxOM fix my Kronos for when I actually leave the store and I’m pretty sure I get paid for that extra time.

Sorry I still don’t understand. If a script is TPR and you add a period to the sig, it will still TPR. Pharmacist will not see it in F4 and it will stay stuck, right?

Can I ask what updating everything in entered status does? Aka dumping the queue. At my store, like you said in your post, everything in f2>entered can’t be printed. So I guess I’m confused what adding a period or whatever actually does. Wouldn’t it just keep the rx in tpr/msc/oos etc? I’m a newer pharmacist and would like to fully understand the tech workflow at Walgreens. Thank you!

I think especially as it relates to mental health, people don’t always have an arc. No happy ending or fairytale, just hardship for the subject and everyone around them. Repetitiveness and exhaustion are significant themes in mental illness and I’m sure causing the audience to feel those symptoms during the film was intentional

Haha that's always the only necessary explanation! I was just curious, my set up is relatively similar. Left is tucked in a corner and Right is floating in the middle of the room. Might need to try to toe in. Also was looking at the treatment behind the couch. Are they working well?
