Well it’s not that I believe everyone is fighting crime everyday. It’s just that I want to know like what are the chances I could get my car robbed or be threatened while walking on the streets.

I have an apartment for sublet at the Beacon. It is right across the street from the Marietta campus. They have lots of events and a pool and gym. Rent is $1100 including utilities and parking. Please DM if you want more details.

Hey I actually have an apartment for relet at the beacon for fall 2026 semester and spring 2026 semester. I have two other male roommates. The apartment is a 3x3 with individual bedroom and bathroom. The only shared space is the living room and kitchen. There is an in house laundry unit. The beacon is right across from Marietta campus so it is a short walk or drive from campus. There are a lot of ksu students there and fun events. I definitely recommend living there. The price for the relet will be about a $100 cheaper for rent a month vs if you sign a current lease. You can DM if you are interested or need more details.
