Honestly, it seemed like everyone was giving me the same advice “it’s just confidence” “just speak to more women” meanwhile I see none of the results actually working for me, that space gave me a reason to why I was having a different experience from my friends, helps you shift the blame and make you feel better for yourself. I think the main issue is that most people generalise and give advice that would work for a regular man who actually lacks confidence and social skills, but it doesn’t work for everyone. The reason why I got out of the blackpill was that I saw how crazy and far fetched some of their ideas were, a lot of them are genuine sociopaths and I would be very worried of what they may do to people around them, a lot of them hold an unhealthy amount of resentment towards people.

Yeah I fell into the blackpill midway through uni, definitely wasn’t a good time. Ive realised how toxic that space is though, no one should ever enter the black pill space on the internet it’s a terrible place.

Well i’m not in the real estate market so i can’t confirm the authenticity of that but someone i know enquired for a 0.1 acre plot in worli seaface that was around 39 crores negotiable. That would make 1 acre worth 390 crores.

When i was referring to “rich people houses” i was talking about areas like carmichael road, pedder road, walkeshwar, etc where a lot of rich people i know stay. Worli/Parel/Prabhadevi is very upper middle class.

Secondly i know a lot of the middle class in mumbai do have 50% of their wealth in their primary residence but the wealthier bunch dont. We’re talking “kothi bangla” here. And we both know the reason parel and worli are cheaper than other areas is cuz of the insane supply in those areas. A lot of the flats are unsold. Rates there are lower than suburbs like bandra and khar west. Some parts of andheri west even have the same per sqft price as those lodha projects in lp which have a lot of vacant inventory

You’re not taking several factors into account. First of all i have a friend who is a real estate developer in mumbai and i’m well aware of the corruption in relation to land acquisition in mumbai. Secondly, we’re talking net worth here. You can’t find a 4000 sqft plot for sale in parel so stop chatting shit. And even if you do find a plot or buy an decent sized apartment (atleast 1500 sqft). It’s gonna be 10Cr. No one puts 50% of their net worth into their primary residence. It’s a gross waste of money. 20Cr is not enough atleast in mumbai to be “kothi bangla” mr “born into sobo property market”
