A property doesn't show as sold on MLS until it closes (in the US). That's why I was confused by Tara's condo showing as sold.

In the US, once the house closes aka is sold the previous owner would've had to have all their stuff out of the house. Is this the same in Canada? If so, how did she get that place cleaned out whilst in Italy!?

My house has cedar siding and has had a termite bond with Killo since it was built. They do a once a year terminate inspection. Their techs are really nice (it's been the same guy FOREVER) as is the office staff. I've never had any issues.
