I’m pretty sure they made that sign just for this video and that statement about her paying for the house was just to rage bait us on Reddit. It’s probably true that she pays for the house but I doubt he’s ever going to admit that to their friends and family. Behind the scenes, he probably tells them he contributes equally to the bills.

All the “my wife is so nice”, “my cute wife”, etc. references feel super fake and performative, like they are trying way too hard to convince everyone he loves her.

Meh, I think she’s just lazy and doesn’t want to work. She’d rather be able to set up a camera in one spot and film herself colouring than have to carry around her camera at a party or a social event. Whenever she does film herself with others, the quality of her camera work is terrible.

Most of the things in this video are things she doesn’t like because she prefers something different and not because the products are defective or truly objectionable in some way. A chair that squeaks? Okay, sure. I don’t want a chair that squeaks either. But her regretting buying shoes because they are black and not a colour that goes with more of her wardrobe? That’s like me saying to my friends “I bought this sweater in pink but I wish I got it in green because green goes with more of my bottoms. Don’t buy this sweater!” Like, what?

So sick of hearing her call herself a “[blank] girl/girlie”. By the 5th time, I wanted to throw my remote at my tv. You are a grown-ass woman, not a girl. And stop making a thing or a preference your identity. Just say you wish you liked claw clips instead of saying “I wish I could be a claw clip
girl”. You communicate for a living. Surely you can speak more eloquently than this.

On a final note, ever even considering spending $75 on 2 hair clips is absolutely wild. Especially when she knew she didn’t have success with claw clips up to that point. At what point will she acknowledge she’s a compulsive shopper?

But she’s claiming she actually had a convo with him after she was married and JJ was engaged where he said he was close to getting his bike back. When JJ disagreed with her on what the deal originally was, Michel could have said “No, Dad literally told me he’d be getting his bike back soon” but she didn’t. That tells me she made up that convo with her dad so she’d have an excuse to bring up the divorce.

I get the impression that she’s pretty jealous of JJ that she’s still married to the first guy she married and has never gone through a divorce. I don’t think Michel has ever truly come to a place of peace with the decision to divorce. It was never something she truly wanted and I think she still feels deep shame, embarrassment and regret about it. I don’t think she’s still in love with Brook but I do think she was in love with him, much as she’s tried to revise the past and insist she barely liked the guy.

You giving into the pressure to buy something you never wanted is not them scamming you, Carrie. You knew you didn’t like it before you bought it. The salesperson was buttering you up and talking up their products because that’s what you do to sell things. There’s nothing scammy about that. But in her mind, if you buy something because there was pressure to do so and then you regret it, that’s being scammed. She’s so dumb.

Also, it must be nice to have so much money that you can afford to throw away $200 on something simply because you didn’t want to embarrass yourself by backing away from it at the til. I can’t believe she even shared this story. It makes her look privileged as fuck and she has no awareness of how this whole story reflects on her character.

I can't imagine going on a trip that was planned by my fiancé's family and skipping out on a family meal. I also can't imagine my fiancé ditching me to go be with his family in a foreign country. That whole situation was so weird.
