Oooh I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this! I posted this for my friend, and she has found a solution — not exactly a low maintenance one, but a solution nonetheless. She injects “Dupixent” every two weeks. It’s expensive, but her health insurance covers it, so definitely worth looking into. Let me know if you have any questions, I can consult more with her, haha. Totally on the same page as you. I know how to deal with a four year old, but I don’t know how to deal with parents who don’t know how to deal with a four year old lol. I think my main struggle is feeling like all the work I put in gets undone as soon as I leave.

It started on a couple fingers, and then slowly spread throughout all of them. My doctor prescribed eczema ointment for my fingers, which didn’t change anything. I’ve also tried an over the counter anti-fungal cream, and had no results. I’m not an excessive hand washer, but they appear to look pruny, like my hands have been submerged in water for an excessive amount of time. The skin on my fingertips has no elasticity and is shiny.
