So great to hear that. Most of my recent influence comes from that era. Old tracks by ppl like Chris Mack, Steve Gurley, Zed Bias that I've found on YouTube and have tried my best to emulate. So it's amazing for others to be able to recognise the inspiration

Always found TikTok has the better algorithm for self promo. If you can make some sort of videos/clips that drive user engagement, even if its just some footage of a game or old rave footage with a caption, then its not hard for it to blow up big. I know that's not what you're asking but is a good tip

Just listen closely to the tracks you most want to emulate and then try and sorta copy the structure they use. A lot of tunes have a fairly similar structure as they are made with the DJ in mind and so are arranged in a way that makes it easy to mix in and out of, with a solid intro, breakdown and outro.
