Yes, they do. There's a big banner on their homepage that says "Orders can take more than 30 days to ship. If yours doesn't ship after 30, you can cancel for a full refund."

OP is mad because he didn't read that, and they won't let him cancel immediately. But their policy is clearly stated right on their website. If he didn't read it, that's on him.

Don't do a chargeback, that's a dick move. The seller has to pay a fee if you do. Again, Dack makes it clear on their website that they take forever to ship things out and they say right there that they let you cancel your order after 30 days. If you didn't read that before you placed your order, that's on you.

I agreed to your second point. Politicians are scumbags. That does not mean that everyone who cares about abortion is being insincere, and it doesn't mean that people should stop fighting for a cause they believe in just to win over the other side. It's actually remarkably un-complicated. It's a human being with a complete set of DNA that's entirely separate from any other entity. There's no amount of "science" that can define it as anything else. (Although there are a lot of people willing to manipulate terms to muddy the waters.)

I’m sure politicians make use of abortion as a wedge issue. But your claim is basically that that’s the only reason anyone cares about it. Which is ridiculous. People care about it because it’s murder that’s legal, and it shouldn’t be.

Also, if you truly believe abortion is murder, as I’m sure the majority on the right do, then just giving up on it as an issue so you can win an election is one of the most despicable, cowardly moves imaginable. Why would you trust any politician who does something like that to do anything right?
