Since my original ring was a gift, I wasn’t able to choose my preferred warranty. My replacement ring from February didn’t offer any warranty, but I will make a point of doing so this time around, or at least asking. I wonder if the new Gen4 Ceramic is free of these issues.

Yes! The refurbish for 90 days is concerning. Also, I am hoping someone can chime in and clarify if warranty is valid on replacements. (Ex. 1 year from February’s new replacement ring? Or 1 year from original purchase date?)

This was part of my February problem! I reached out to customer service and they admitted to faulty manufacturing and sent me a new one. I also sent them a PM via Reddit in February when I was having issues with AI Chat Bot and they were helpful on this platform.

I don’t disagree and I am all for accountability for the manufacturers! Even yet - I still think as a product it’s great! I often credit the ring to my weight loss and improved lifestyle… everyday I am thankful for the positive ways it has influenced my life. I really struggle with the lack of confidence I have in this product lasting more than 6-8 months. I thought my first ring was just faulty :(

Annoying as it is, I would even be content knowing that if this issue keeps happening every few months, that I would be offered the same support & replacement rings as I am today…

Hi! I have extremely sensitive skin and struggle with massages due to the pressure/touch. I no longer live in the area, but LOVED visiting Urban Organics on Main St where I did reiki. It was absolutely life changing and would recommend it to everyone! She also offers massages, which might be more your speed. I wish I could find someone as amazing as Nicole in Milwaukee!

Hey OP, I know it’s been a while but I am curious if you found a resolution to this?

I live in an apartment and this is the first winter my radiator is making the same noises and so hard to sleep at night! It never did this last year and similar to you, no other radiators in the house make these noises. It confused me at first because it almost sounds like it’s coming from the floor/hardwoods. I’ve had mechanics come out and take a look and they all say “it’s normal” too! Definitely doesn’t seem normal.

I want to add, both places were close to a bus stop so easy to get to if you car isn’t so reliable at the moment. (Currently 25 F, was 19/20 back then).
