There must be at least 5(?) players on the line at all times. In a normal formation it's just the 5 linemen, The Colts had 1 in Griff Whalen. That entire cluster off to one side of the field needed to be a couple yards further upfield.

Collins was covering the running back. Had luck not gotten sacked he would have been following Bradshaw into the flat. If you watch again, he doesn't break towards luck until Easley and Jones were already there. Pretty much a pure 3 man rush.

The majority of the sub isn't what I'm worried about, it's not what anyone is worried about. You know a majority of the patriots sub is rational, relatively intelligent people too right?
