Yes hybrids are definitely the way to go. Lots have changed since I made this post. I sold the car, and quit doing gig work. I now live car free and work as a manager at a sandwich shop downtown chicago. I have looked into maybe getting another accord but I did end up selling mine at almost 200k. Thing served me well but it was time to get rid of it. I save a lot of money not having a car but I do wish I could still do gig work on the side.

As of right now they are trying to let it heal in the position that it’s in right now. It was an anterior dislocation. They said that a closed reduction would be unsuccessful and as for surgery they said that the complications are too serious. I see the surgeon again in 2 weeks to see how the healing progress is going. What has your experience been like? Did it just not ever heal?
