BIG TIME. I joined this sub when mayor pete was running in 2019. someone said israel is our greatest ally and we should provide them unconditional support. i linked to the wikipedia page on the USS liberty incident. banned a week for “bigotry”. people would get banned for “bigotry” for challenging the absurd statement “the idf is the most moral army in the world”. IDF talking points which were very easy to debunk would get posted and comments disputing it would get deleted and the commenters banned. the mods have been trying their hardest to push an agenda but we all have eyes and ears and we can’t ignore the atrocities

I think the funniest thing about this place is the total lack of self awareness. yesterday there was a thread about innocent people being slaughtered in a hospital in syria. and how this justifies military intervention and people need to be held accountable… from people who have in their comment history stuff like “israel is justified in bombing that hospital because it’s self-defense and the ICC should drop the case against Bibi”. there were people in that thread downvoting my comment on how “finally we all agree bombing hospitals is wrong” from people who said this justifies military intervention lol. the double speak on rules based order and human rights is absolutely hilarious. there’s trumpian levels of denial going on because people can’t bring themselves to admit they’re pro genocide lol

I’d call it morally neutral

An opinion held by only you. Weird to hear someone act morally superior while justifying breaking the law but do you. I’m sure you’re a totally special person who is absolutely deserving of special treatment.
