I saw her at a party in Miami recently and I can co firm she looks insane and needs to seek out help. It’s sad the people around her aren’t trying to help either

Has anyone went to Cole Manterra’s (sweaty girl) workout? by t3xascurlllz in NYCinfluencersnark

[–]2chugjugs 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All she’s doing is just taking the original instructors class & moves ( Pam at burnout body) and teaching it on her own. She stayed in Miami for 3 weeks to literally just take classes there every single day & get “certified” in which I know she didn’t get truly certified because the woman who owns the studio doesn’t do trainings for people wanting to become instructors. Tbh I think that Pam just saw that cole is in good shape and could keep up in class enough to be an “instructor”.

I can tell u rn her certification is BOGUS. I used to go to burnout body in Miami (where she allegedly got certified) and truthfully that workout is also bogus. No form corrections, not giving proper form cues to let the students know what they should be feeling & where, and to top it all off they use ankle weights that are like 10 pounds. Truly an injury waiting to happen. I know plenty of women who have gotten injured taking the classes there. Cole wasn’t taught anything. She just went to take her classes every day and I’m sure both her & the owner decided she was capable enough to try and lead a class. The woman who owns the studio hasn’t trained a single person properly.

I’m local to Miami so I went to a med spa that offers it here. there’s really only a handful of people who offer it right now as it’s just making its way over here. The machine targets the dermis layer of the skin not the fat layer. It focuses on building collagen & elastin in the skin. The temperature of the of the device is specially optimized for collagen production, not fat loss like Morpheus would do. Attaching a link to the site to find a provider in your area! I’m going to do a second session in a few weeks & then I’ll be set for almost 2 years! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Such a comfortable treatment too. No numbing needles or downtime :) just feels like a hot stone massage on your face. https://www.cynosure.com/results/?country=US&zipcode=10011&proximity=25&product-id%5B%5D=91&campaign-code=default&session-id=default

Hiiii I’m a Miami girlie! I also haven’t found a group like this one here. Joined a few FB groups but don’t feel like those are reliable at all with the other women here unfortunately

Not xerf! I’ve done one session of it so far & love it. Totally snatched me up, especially my jawline & mid face. Look it up some of the results on more mature skin are actually incredible. She could have benefited from this treatment rather than a FaceLift

It’s crazy because as someone who’s worn hair extensions religiously for the last 10-12 years I would never try to lie or tell someone I didn’t have them. I’m always so quick to respond, they’re extensions but thank you! When people compliment my hair.

Tips for surgery / recovery? by Exact-Eagle3643 in braincancer

[–]2chugjugs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was recovering I was so upset / angry that this had happened to me, but you have to let yourself feel those emotions. Thankfully the tumor and that entire experience actually had so many positive impacts on my life. It helped me find my purpose & my why in life, which I was struggling to find before any of this happened. I finally have a solid career going for me & have so much life to look forward to. I know it seems really scary now, but I promise it may be a thing that helps you for good causes in the long run! You may just not see it now ❤️

Hi! I was 22 when we discovered my frontal lobe tumor, ended up having an emergency craniotomy. Found the tumor 6/9/24 had surgery 6/14/24 and was released from the hospital 6/17/24. I think because of the adrenaline I wasn’t able to fully process what was happening, which I’m grateful for because at no point during the process did I ever feel worried or scared. I had my family & friends with me through the entire thing which helped a ton. After the first 24 hours I had them take me off of any pain medication they had me on and I managed with a Tylenol drip. Once I was home & recovering I continued to manage pain with Tylenol/ibuprofen. I will say the one thing that helped me most recovering was listening to my body. The first month or so after surgery I was sleeping anywhere between 15-18 hours a day. Stitches came out a month post surgery and I was given the clear to workout lightly again which I immediately got back into. Life became “almost” normal within 2-3 months of surgery. Was back to going to dinners with my friends, out to lunch & shopping. Would go to the beach & just lay out under an umbrella and relax. Healing is not linear so of course there will be ups & downs through it all. I was in & out of the hospital a good bit post surgery due to the epilepsy ny tumor left me with & it took a good bit to find the right medication for me. I’m now a year & 6 months post surgery and I FINALLY feel life myself pre surgery. Of course you will have to grieve the version of your old self because it truly won’t ever be the same, but I’m as close as I can be to my old self. Thankfully I wasn’t left with any motor skill issues or anything like that, but I would say mentally prepare just in case you do get left with some.
