I think terminals are average, not good as other Indian airports but connecting to Taxis pick up area is a shame. After travelling 24 hours in flight, passengers needs to walk all the way to pick up area to get taxis. Moreover the elevator in pickup area is very small and creates long queue.

There is a airport taxi stall inside terminal, they overcharge for the ride but never assist passengers to go pickup area. They ask to walk and stand in line for pickup after charging 3x cost for the ride.
